Q: Is it hard for the unlock instructions ?

A: It's very easy and straight forward, but different Blackberry models has different way to input the code.

Q: Will I get a refund it the code doesn't work ?

A: All unlock codes is from the network provider database. It is 99.9% work, the only possibility we found the code is not working is if the network provider puts the wrong code in their database, so what if I am the unlucky 0.1%  ?

As long as you give us a video showing your IMEI and unlock code & error message, we will FULL REFUND your money. The reason for that is we also need a proof so that we can get a refund from our code suppliers.

What is the procedure ?

1) Phone IMEI number

2) Read the 8 digits MEP code using the software below

1. Open Software
2. In your phone setting, Make PASSWORD as DISABLED - VERY IMPORTANT. the password setting should be under the option -> password or security setting in your blackberry phone.

If you can't remove the password because the option is disabled, then you will have to remove the IT policy of the phone by doing that. After that, password disabled option will appear in the security option

3. After you disable the password, connect the datacable to the phone and press read Button

4. It should read out the IMEI and MEP (simlock details) of your phone

5.Send us IMEI + MEP (simlock type) to sales@kingmobilephone.com or in the checkout box
6.Then in 1-24hrs and I will send u the unlock code & instruction

or To READ THE MEP without software / cables.

Step 1: To get ESCREEN

(a) for Full QWERTY keyboard BlackBerry:
o Press the keys Alt+Shift+H at the same time

(b) SurePress Touchscreen BlackBerry:
o Hold the escape/back button and tap the top left, top right, top left, and top right corners of the screen sequentially

(c) SureType BlackBerry Pearl keyboard:
o Press the keys Alt+EACE at the same time

Step 2: Go to http://mepserver.com/ -> scroll to the bottom of the page (neglect those IMEI or your email request on the top of the page)

Fill in the boxes and get ESCREEN CODE

Step 3:Input the ESCREEN key generated into the phone, it will then take you to an engineering menu which allow you to find out the MEP Code
