LG GB220 - O2 UK disables the speed dial

Got a customer today sending me a LG GB220 (O2 UK) as he is annoyed the speed dials was disabled.

After we put the generic firmware back, the phone now has the speed dial back. I don't know why O2 firmware disabled it. Possibly, it's a software bug.
